Swinerton to build Kitsap County Administration Building

Swinerton Builders has been awarded the $16.8-million Kitsap County Administration Building in Port Orchard, Washington. Construction has already begun on the 78,000-square-foot commercial office building and parking structure. The facility is concrete and steel construction, with raised access flooring serving for plenums for the HVAC systems. The project will include high level interior finishes and substantial sitework.
Miller/Hull Partnership designed the Kitsap project. Project consultants include: Structural: AHBL; Mechanical & Electrical: Abacus; Landscape: Site Workshop; Civil: SvR Design Company; Geotechnical: Myers Biodynamics; Interiors: Allbee-Romein.
