When Swinerton decided to purchase a seven-story building
in San Francisco to house our corporate and regional headquarters, it was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to Green Building and Sustainable Design.

We have been honored by the USGBC by being selected as a pilot project under the new LEED-EB (existing building) certification
program and receiving gold status. Our green committee has evaluated materials and systems to be implemented in accordance with the USGBC guidelines.
