This project incorporated two Green/Sustainable concepts into the design and construction:

  1. Underfloor Air Delivery: The underfloor air delivery system is designed so that floors two thru five are constructed with an 18"- raised floor that serves as supply air plenum. Swirl diffusers set in raised floor tiles can be located anywhere for adjustable
    floor diffusion.

  2. Sunscreens and light shades: Unique system of exterior sunscreens and interior light shades on the south and west exposure of the building. Sunscreens and shades serve to reduce solar heat within the building thus reducing cooling costs as well as reducing the use of artificial lighting.
