Phase One of the Clark County "campus" development includes the new construction of a six-story, 144,825-square-foot structural steel frame office building to be used as a public service center and a separate three-story145,000-square-foot cast-in-place concrete parking garage with 500 parking spaces.

The project incorporates sustainable design into the program and is LEED certified, with diverting over 95% of construction debris from local area landfills.
