This project is a Design-Build 100,000-square-foot, four-story lodging facility for the U.S. Army. The lodge has 185 guest rooms, a front desk and lobby area, as well as breakfast and administration areas, and full housekeeping support facilities.

The project is seeking LEED Certification.
