Construction of a 15-story office building with two levels below
grade (bay mud) parking on the Embarcadero in San Francisco. The
project is an example of thorough Green Building planning and construction.
The owner specified an environmentally sensitive structure and required
the use of recycled-content materials, the establishment of an on-site
recycling program, the utilization of energy-efficient mechanical/
electrical/plumbing (MEP) systems, and the mitigation of environmental
pollution and damage. |
