This project is an excellent example of Green Building. The partially subterranean 195,000-square-foot office building is broken into three large sections, each with its own skylight atrium. No workstation is more than 30 feet from daylight. The windows can be opened, and grass covers the roof to provide a thermal buffer. To maximize office flexibility, there is an under-the-floor system of ducts and wires for air, phones, computers and electricity.
