This five-story Behavioral and Social Sciences Building is being constructed on the Humboldt State Campus in Arcata. This replacement building will include lecture rooms, laboratories, faculty offices, and the CSU Center for American Indian Studies. The building is steel-framed with glass fiber reinforced panel cladding.

This LEED Gold registered project is the first of its kind for the California State University System.

When complete, 10 departments will occupy the building: Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, Ethnic Studies/Native American Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, World Languages & Cultures, and the CSU Center for American Indian Studies.
