The Orchard Garden Hotel is a 10-story reinforced concrete, 55,255 square foot, 86-room hotel in downtown San Francisco on a 5,675 square foot lot, surrounded by buildings on three sides. The hotel is the first U.S. Green Building Council LEED-certified hotel in California. Green construction features include extensive recycling, high-volume fly ash concrete, recycled materials throughout the finishes, and highly efficient MEP systems. The hotel features a restaurant and fitness center.
