The Presentation Center is the welcome center and dining room for an interfaith retreat and conference center sponsored by the Sisters of Presentation, a Catholic religious community. The 10,000-square-foot center features a bookstore, reception area, environmental education area and a kitchen and dining facility which can serve 200 people. In addition to the construction, major site work included demolition of existing foundations, re-routing of site roads and landscaping.

The building is LEED-certified by the United States Green Building Council. Sustainable building materials and equipment include photovoltaic panels mounted on the roof of the large dining room, radiant heat through in-slab water piping, recycled content building products, straw bale insulation and FSC-certified lumber and finishings.
