Construction of a new university campus consisting of 18 buildings
on a 103-acre site. Sustainable elements include: high-thermal mass
masonry in residence halls that minimizes energy usage; the first
naturally ventilated smoke evacuation system in the United States,
central plant/chilled water loop under the road used to provided
air conditioning; and operable windows throughout the campus. |
