Construction Management Services are being provided for the new Vista Community College for the Peralta Community College District. The new college project will consist of a new 160,000-square-foot, six-story building in downtown Berkeley.

The contemporary Vista College building project will be participating in the LEED certification and Green building programs, as well as the Prop 47 Energy Grant Program offered by the State of California. The new building will allow the district to consolidate facilities that are now in several buildings around Berkeley into a single facility.

The building will include 35 classroom spaces, administrative spaces, and a 225-seat auditorium that will also be available to the public for community events.
